 Spring Awards 

• Jeanne T. Grace Excellence in Evidence Based Practice Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Jeanne T. Grace Excellence In Evidence Based Practice Award recognizes a clinician or group of clinicians who demonstrate an exemplary approach that integrates evidence into a clinical initiative.
• Research Poster Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Research Poster Award recognizes a nurse who effectively communicates the research process and research results through a professional poster presentation.
• Leadership Poster Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Leadership Poster Award recognizes a nurse who effectively communicates leadership skills through a professional poster presentation.
• Dissertation Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Dissertation Award recognizes a nurse whose doctoral dissertation is exceptionally meritorious and exemplifies a high standard of scholarship and knowledge development.
• Education Innovation Award: The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Education Innovation Award recognizes a nurse or group of nurses who demonstrate an exemplary and evidence-based educational initiative, innovation, course, workshop, or project promoting learning for patients, families, staff members, or students.
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Scholarly Project Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Doctor Of Nursing Practice (DNP) Scholarly Practice Award recognizes a nurse whose DNP scholarly project is exceptionally meritorious and exemplifies a high standard of scholarship and quality improvement.

 Fall Awards 

• Undergraduate Scholarship Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Undergraduate Scholarship award recognizes an undergraduate nursing student in need of financial assistance who demonstrates academic success as well as leadership potential and strong interpersonal skills. Award amount: $1,000 and certificate.
• Graduate Scholarship Award- The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Graduate Scholarship award recognizes a graduate nursing student in need of financial assistance who demonstrates academic success in graduate studies and exemplifies leadership qualities. Award amount: $1,000 and certificate.
• Research Grant Award - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi Research Grant recognizes a nurse who has proposed a research project of high quality that demonstrates that nurse’s future promise as a nurse scientist. Grant amount: Up to $1,500 and certificate.
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Grant - The Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Xi DNP Grant recognizes a nurse who is actively engaged in planning or conducting a scholarly project that has high potential to contribute the nursing profession by improving health care delivery and or outcomes. Grant amount: Up to $1,500 and certificate.
