Bio

Renu Singh serves as CEO of UR Medicine Employee Wellness and Senior Associate Dean for Finance and Operations at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Singh is a clinical assistant professor with a master's degree in health systems and has over 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership in academic and clinical health care delivery systems. Singh's visionary leadership led to the successful development and implementation of a corporate wellness program that now provides preventative health services throughout the community through direct contracting with numerous businesses in the region. She is also a senior advisor to the dean of the School of Nursing.
