Since the content of Blackboard courses can change on a daily basis, it is important that you make the following modifications to your cache settings:

If you are using Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher)
-click on TOOLS
-click on INTERNET OPTIONS
-click on DELETE FILES (in the middle of that screen)
-click on OK
Now click on SETTINGS (it is to the right of the "delete files)

If you are using Mozilla Firefox -click on tools -click on options -click on privacy Under PRIVATE DATA click on SETTINGS and check all that you want to erase and click ok -make sure the checkbox for “always clear my private data when I close Firefox is checked”
