Bio

Jennifer Zugnoni is an assistant professor of clinical nursing and simulation educator at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. She has held a faculty position at the School of Nursing since 2013 and has been a practicing pediatric nurse for the past 26 years. Zugnoni obtained her master’s degree in nursing education from the University of Rochester in 2018 and is pursuing a doctorate of education in higher education from the University of Rochester’s Warner School of Education. She holds certifications as a pediatric nurse and an academic cinical nurse educator. Zugnoni is passionate about combining her love of nursing and teaching to create and implement new and innovative ways to help students learn and grow into competent nurses. When Zugnoni isn’t teaching, she enjoys volunteering at Camp Good Days, a camp on Keuka Lake for children and families affected by cancer and sickle cell disease.
